We take almost anything except hazardous materials, chemicals, wet paint, and illegal dumping items. If you're unsure about something, just ask before your appointment.
Do you offer same-day or next-day pickup?
Yes -- we offer same-day and next-day availability whenever our schedule allows. Call or text early in the day for the best shot at same-day service.
Can I send photos for a quote?

Do I need to move everything outside?
No. We do the heavy lifting -- wherever the items are, we'll load them up. Just point us to what's going.
Do you remove yard waste and brush?
Yes -- yard waste, lawn debris, leaves, limbs, overgrown brush and storm debris are some of our most common jobs. We haul it all off and clean up the area.
Do you clean up after loading?
Always. We sweep and tidy the area after we load up -- that's the whole idea behind Property Sweepers. You shouldn't be able to tell where the pile used to be.

For most residential shed demolitions in Raleigh, no permit is required. Larger structures or jobs involving utility disconnections may require one -- we'll let you know if that applies to your job. In most cases, we show up and tear it down the same day.
How long does shed or deck demolition take?
Most shed demolitions take 1-3 hours. Decks vary more -- a simple platform deck might take 2 hours; a large multi-level deck could be a half-day job. Either way, we don't leave until the site is swept clean and all debris is loaded.
Do you haul away all the debris after demolition?
Yes -- debris removal is included in every demolition job. We don't just knock it down and leave a pile. Everything gets loaded into our truck and hauled off. The site is left broom-clean.
What structures can you demolish and remove?
